Position: Lead Generation Specialist
ob Profile:
The candidate will be responsible for identifying, profiling and reaching out to prospective leads and selling Unisys products and services through means like e-mail messaging and telesales.
Job Responsibilities:
Complete responsibility for the lead generation cycle from identification, information collation, qualification, contact, interest generation upto prospect conversion
Analyze customer needs in terms of current business challenges, identify opportunities and potential solutions
Create and maintain a database of contacts of current and future customers
Support sales campaigns for onsite sales teams including writing scripts
Establish and maintain good customer relations, with both internal and external customers
Support activities that contribute to the overall success of the Sales Team
Desired Experience and Skills
4 + years of relevant lead generation and hardcore telesales experience in the IT services or product space
Must have done this role for the US market
Self-starter, able to learn new skills and adapt to new industries and technologies quickly
Demonstrated skills in successfully positioning and differentiating enterprise products and services
Research – Be creative in conducting research on the web to identify and profile prospects and perform market analysis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills: ability to talk to C-level or LOB audiences
Good understanding of Onsite / Offshore model
Well-versed in MS Office tools
MBA degree is preferred, though not a must. Candidate must at least be a graduate.
Ability to work US timings (4 PM – 1 AM) is must
