Job Description/Skills Required:

5+ yrs experience developing scalable web applications in Java/J2EE - Must have min 2+ yrs of working as Technical Lead on Java/J2EE technologies - Must have lead a team of min 6 J2EE Developers - Provide design leadership for a defined work-stream. - Work with on / off shore developers to ensure the build meets the design - Good understanding of J2EE including JDBC and Messaging. - Good database skills including simple/complex queries. - Key Skills 1. Database Skills (1-10): 8 2. Servlet Skills (1-10): 8 3. JSP Skills (1-10): 8 4. Spring or Struts (1-10): 7 5. XML (1-10): 7 - Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills including the ability to effectively synthesize operational, risk, business and technical issues.
