Job Profile: - (It's a Managerial profile)
Strong experience in e-commerce & web analytics platforms

• Strong business understanding of hi- tech manufacturing/retail/leisure or travel industries

• Ability to understand the business context and apply analytical concepts to provide business solutions

• 5+ years of working knowledge and experience in one or more of following platforms

o Omniture or Webtrends (preferred)

o Google Analytics/Google Adwords

• Willingness to continuously learn, upgrade skills and train others

• Conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope

• Knowledge of SEO & SEM preferred

• Provide support to teams across verticals

Skills

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / BACKGROUND

• 3+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce/web analytics domain

• Very good understanding of e-commerce concepts, marketing strategies and ability to develop, analyze and interpret related KPIs

• Be a good team player and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders internally and with clients

• Be a self-starter and proactively identify and drive initiatives and opportunities for adding value to customer service

• Be able to work with ambiguities

• Be able to plan, prioritize and manage work requests from various stakeholders and set clear expectations
