Primary Technical Skills:
Thorough knowledge in current versions and concepts of:
Object Oriented Programming
Core java and advanced java
JSP, Servlets, JSF, Web Services
UML and Design Patterns
Struts, SPRINGS; XML, XPATH, XSLT, AJAX, Hibernate
jQuery, Regular expressions, Java scripting language
Oracle Database: RDBMS Concepts, writing and debugging SQL and PL/SQL programs
Hands on experience on IBM WAS and WSAD/RAD, Oracle SQL Developer, Tomcat, and My Eclipse, SCM Tool Harvest, is must
Development experience in Image repositories like FileNet, Workflow packages like Automatic Work Distributor (AWD), etc is added advantage.
Secondary skills:
Good written/oral Communication skills in US English Language
Should have Good knowledge in CMM Processes & Procedures
Prior experience or basic understanding of Insurance business and Business Automation Process is required
