As part of our expansion activities we are looking for various positions for different verticals for our operation at Pondicherry.
Current Requirement: Inside Sales Executive
Work Location: Pondicherry
Experience: 2-6 years
Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (Preferably MBA)
Primary Skills:
*Experience in interacting with clients in US & Europe preferred
*Outbound B2B Appointment fixing experience is strongly preferred
*Empathizing
*Good Client interfacing skills
*Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
*Ability work under pressure
*Multi Tasking
*Knowledge in STM/ Higher education/ K -12 is an add-on
*Knowledge and practical experience with content management, knowledge management, CRM, Web analytics, or search engines is strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
*Responsible to meet the revenue targets as per overall business plans of the company
*Ability to build a strong image for the company"s services through appropriate strategy
*Ability to interact and proactively understand customers requirements and translate it into business
*Customer intelligence and market trends Planning, forecasting and reviewing
*Presentation focusing on new / potential customers especially for large Application Development & Maintenance outsourcing deals
*Enthusiastic and value the future market trends.
