* Excellent Ruby on Rails skills.
* Proficient in web technologies, excellent AJAX skills (JQuery) is a must.
* Proficiency in Database concepts, String knowledge of SQL and experience with MySQL.
* Strong programming fundamentals and discipline (OOPS concepts).
* Experienced of working in Agile teams with deep understanding and appreciation for Agile development practices.
* Deployment technologies: Capistrano
* Configuration management: SVN
