Preferred Experience:2 - 6 Years experience.

2+ years experience developing database driven web applications development using ruby on rails platform on Linux, including Ruby, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX
Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
Understands technical and functional design requirements.
Strong scripting capablities and exposure to different JS libraries.
Strong with any one of the RDBMS and capable in database design
Experienced in Test driven development.
Understands GUI development best practices.

Others:

Excellent communication skills
Delivery focused
Client interaction experience will be preferred
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

Nice to Have:

Exposure to Web 2.0 concepts.
