Detailed Job/ Role Description:
A Process Manager (PM) is the second level of leadership and reports to the Program Manager. Oriented towards general management, the Process Manager is independently accountable for the overall success of the program & SLA for his processes. Roles & Responsibilities consist of
Co-ordinate with business partners, to complete open action items
External Communication – weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings
a) Weekly Operations Review
b) Project Review
c) Quarterly Business Review
Internal Communication – team meetings
Manage attrition, identify future staffing needs and formulate recruitment plans
Initiate and co-ordinate hiring process along with eClerx HR
Ensure team participation in recruitment and all HR initiatives
Onboard new team members and co-ordinate induction with Systems management team
Develop, implement and maintain performance monitoring systems
Liaise between the Knowledge Management (KM) and eClerx CM team
Develop and conduct process health checks and knowledge audits
Roadmap initiatives and encourage team members to sponsor KM activities
Ensure Admin, Network and all other support teams are provided necessary information when members either join or leave the team
Experience: - 3-7 years
