Role: Exchange Admin (L2/L3/L4)
Job Location: Bangalore / Chennai

This will involve working exceptionally closely with customers, sharing knowledge, leveraging hp's experience and knowledge, and driving the creation of structured intellectual capital.

- Degree or diploma in computer related disciplines
- Minimum of 3 years hands on technical knowledge of at least 1 of the following technical areas:
- Hands-on experience on implementing Email Solutions like Exchange 5.5, Exchange 2000 and Exchange 2003
- Trouble shooting knowledge on Exchange 5.5, Exchange 2000 and Exchange 2003
- Hands-on experience on Windows NT4 server, Windows 2000 or Windows 2003 server.
- Must have working knowledge of exchange aware third party antivirus program and SPAM filter software.
- Must have understanding and working knowledge of third party backup solutions like DP, Backupexec and ARCSERVE.
- Must have understanding of Active Directory concepts and troubleshooting skills on AD.
- Preferable good knowledge on client operating systems like Windows XP and configuring Exchange client like MAPI, POP3 and IMAP.
- Deep level troubleshooting knowledge on Windows Platform and Exchange Server
- Hardware : Compaq/HP servers with good knowledge of Redundant array disks
- Networking : Basic Troubleshooting techniques on Network Infra/DHCP/WINS/DNS/DDNS
- Ticketing Systems : OVSD/Remedy/Clearcase
- Security : SAV, Antigen, Trend Micro, MS Security Patching
- Remote Access Tools : Awareness on Terminal Service, PC Duo, PC Anywhere
- Operational outsourcing experience
- Global Customer Remote Management experience
- Basic understanding of ITSM processes.
