Designation: Senior Service Support Analyst
Experience: 4 to 7yrs
Location: Bangalore
Desired Profile:
1. Mandatory: -
a. 4 years+ overall experience in MS products based infra / sys admin support
i. Windows administration (Mandatory)
ii. Exchange Server (preferably 2007 and / or 2010) (mandatory)
iii. Knowledge / experience of support for one / many / all of the below products
1. SharePoint
2. LiveMeeting
3. OCS (Office Communication Server)
4. BlackBerry
b. Extremely good communication & English language skills
2. Preferred
a. Formal experience of infrastructure support engagements / customers
b. Experience in the Online versions of Exchange, LiveMeeting and OCS.
c. Others-
