Working experience on Rails 2.3.x, Ruby 1.8.6 or higher, MySQL 5.0 or higher, Sqlite, Active Resource
Total experience working on Ruby/Rails apps - 4--8 yrs
Total experience developing on Linux (preferably Ubuntu) - 1 yr or higher
Total experience working with jQuery (and its plugins) - 1 yr or higher

Good to have:

Understanding of new features in Rails 3.0 and the upgrade path from 2.3.9 to 3.0
Understanding of ruby's SNMP library
Understanding of Virtualization (the concept and technologies like VMware, Xen, HyperV)
Unit testing with RSpec and FactoryGirl
Understanding of Datacenter domain/business
HTML5 (especially offline capabilities)
Background processing (with workling/starling or any other queuing system)
